What is the return policy for Sanfe products?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate care items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Are Sanfe products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are dermatologically tested and formulated with skin-friendly ingredients. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or until they are processed for shipping, whichever comes first.
